DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- I have had a terrible service, after a very stressful move, where a reduced team and smaller van arrived, team took long lunch, at 5pm they then told me they could not take any further items and left me with half a kitchen to move myself. Thankfully this was a rental and we were not required to be out that day of this would have been a disaster. Since then we have discovered a number of breakages, and the company is yet to get back to me about how I can claim insurance without paying a further £250 excess. Very disappointing services, totally useless packers who packed wine glasses in the same box as saucepans! And Not based in Southampton, actually near heathrow.
