Rude, disgusting and abnoxious manager (MD), we waited nearly five months for our tv to be delivered. Not a cheap set either, latest 3D kit.
No communciation from the shop, when they did arrange delivery dates, they never attended, nor did they let us know the tv hadnt even arrived!
They blamed everyone but themselves in the process, when clearly mismanagement is the issue.
Took many days off work on arranged installation days but ended up sitting there with no one showing up.
When calling the shop there was also no clear answers to whether the TVs had even arrived.
Major retailers are a millions times better.
This shop lacks basic customer service. - Especially when the manager himself mumbles profanities down the phone!!
Manager refuses to apologise for the 5 month wait, the days i took off work, the wires hanging out of my wall, the broken flooring which they damaged (which theyve still not replaced).
